The budget has been finalised for 2026, Cloverfield will need a toilet delivered which we will need to pay for. The total cost is more this year as we need to factor in the Portaloo and Cloverfield charge £15 + vat ( still quite good for 2026) and ITS THE 20TH YEAR!!! If funds left over we can either refund or use towards the next year.

Cloverfield Tent Pitch x 2 nights

Food, 4 camp meals including breakfasts

Pub, 5 pints ( then buy your own)

Wood + Pizza + Stripe costs 

Total £120 per person ( A good deal over 3 days) 

This means you will need to bring your own booze for the whole weekend at camp. I will try and arrange Pizza/Food at the pub on Saturday.
